Yes, we have car hire locations at Darwin City Centre but 6PM might be a problem as most non-Airport locations work office hours.
Just make the search with your search criteria. If the website show results (cars) it is possible and the location is open.
If no results are shown adjust pick up and / or drop off hours (if possible for you).
